A two-month voyage around the Land Down Under is being halted days after the fatal incident of an elderly woman who was left behind by the vessel on a distant coastal location.

Suzanne Rees had been trekking on the remote island with shipmates from the cruise ship, but broke off from the excursion for a pause. The ship departed without her and went back later that day after the personnel realised the passenger was unaccounted for.
